Generally a pleasant Hotel to stay! Breakfast were included was not informed to me!

Staff are generally polite and courteous.. Staffs work diligently and helpful..

The room service "kitchen food" that I ordered dies not met my family members expectation. Wxpensive and not nice to eat! We atay at Novetel Surabaya before, their food taste well ... Especially the Cupuchino coffee (not hot and served in a tiny cup). The fry egg is too cooked- (egg yolk over cooked and hardened) Fried rice too hard and dry!

Before the stay, everything is okay. Hotel staff help to confirm the change of check in and out period due to personal reason. Room is quite big, and location is near my family's home.

There is some issue when my mother in law visited hotel, she ask for my name but it is not helpful, they staff instead give reasons i/o just apologize. Another issue on the day of checkout, when having breakfast, hotel staff mentioned that the room number is not on the record. Why the record is not update from the reservations to restaurant. It is not professional..
