Very good

I would get the big room again.

Location and cleanliness was great.

We tried the big rooms and the balcony rooms. Besides all the beds being a little hard all was great until the last room we had. The sink water smelled like sewer and I didnt realize it till it was already in my mouth.

Beautiful but needs a deep clean.

The hotel is gorgeous. Rooms are beautiful. The breakfast was delicious. Most everyone was friendly and accommodating.

Bed bugs in the king sofa bed. Had to move. The new kingside bed was dirty. It needs a deep clean. Property is valet only but they have one valet working. It took 20 minutes to get our car. Poor guy didnt have help. Ordered room service and they forgot silverware.

Noah at the bar and Summer in the restaurant took incredible care of us. The food and drink were exceptional and the service so friendly!

Cool place, cool people, great rooms.

New, clean, well decorated and cool vibe. Friendly, helpful staff.

darn seating tables at the foot of each bed. legs flair out and stubbed our toes several times. maybe its just us. Also, suggest the rooftop tub be a cool tub in summer and hot tub in winter.

The bar was divine- really fun, high end offerings. The hotel is decorated with really unique style and very cool details. Super comfortable bed, well appointed room. Everything felt more like a bed and breakfast and less like the normal chain hotel. I loved everything about this place

The valets were awsome The front desk staff was a delight The decor and room very charming The tub was great

The pot of tea only served one cup The jam with the biscuits was too small for two biscuits The restaurant staff wasnt as nice as the hotel staff The food wasnt appealing from the restaurant The price per night was 25% too high for the level of quality of the rooms The shower didnt get hot for several minutes Would love windows that opened for fresh air The tv had limited channels and only Netflix No prime Amazon or Disney.
