Superb

The staff at the Taj really made our stay special. The staff at the reception desk to the main restuarants really went out of their way to make us feel special and taken care of. I went with my parents and sister, the hotel gave us adjoining rooms which were upgraded to lake facing ones.

A great place to stay , relax, watch flocks of migratory-birds

Good sized room, very comfortable, professional courteous staff. The views were great and sitting in the sun with a drink at the rooftop bar awesome. A lovely property and great place to spend a few days.

With a few improvements, it has the potential to meet the standards of a five-star hotel

The hotel is a brand-new, well-designed building that is both super comfortable and functional. I had a beautiful view from my room, and the spa and fitness center exceeded my expectations. It's a great place to stay.

My stay could have been perfect; however, the staff need more training on how to deal with Booking.com guests. I had to check out early and asked for information about the policy, which required me to call Booking.com directly. Despite everything being aligned, I was embarrassed during my checkout when the hotel tried to charge for the full reservation. This led to a 30-minute phone call and a discussion with the manager, an experience I definitely did not expect. Additionally, the restaurant is satisfactory but not 5-star quality. The food is generic with few la carte options; most of it was available in a buffet that lacked flavor.

Everything! From ambiance to the hospitality of the staff was great. We have stayed in other taj properties around the world n in India as well and it never disappoints us!

Wow. What a feeling of being with Taj

The breakfast was just excellent and well spread. The location is just wonderful and there is nothing one can ask for with Taj Hospitality. Taj Pampers guests to the exgtent.

There is not a single thing one can point out for not liking anything. Each and everything is so well managed and so well kept with guests having nothing to complain about.

Just a functional stay nothing extraordinary. Staff behaviour was the biggest let down.

The rooms were comfortable and super clean.

The behaviour of the staff is plan simple rude. The front desk manager is as useless. I have been a Taj customer for over a decade but I havent seen such kind of staff attitude elsewhere. The management of office his hotel should really introspect about the customer service and delivery.
