Loved it

The staff was exemplary. They were very friendly and accommodating. My kids made friends with them. Had a great experience. Food was excellent. Breakfast buffet had a ton of choices. And location worked very well for us. The decor, the rooms everything excellent. Loved that they had a luggage closet to keep our luggage without cluttering the whole room.

Wish the prices were not that high :).

Taj Amer, a preferred choice of vacation destination!!

Breakfast buffet spread was never ending. They also had a la carte that was amazing. Staff went over and beyond to assist you everywhere.

Room internet was not working. The room rates could have been more reasonable.

Beautiful, luxurious, comfortable

From the moment we arrived we were taken care of with impeccable service. The staff were very kind and attentive. The quality of everything in the hotel is top notch and really a great value for your money. the location is close to all touristic sites and the views are impeccable. We had a little miscommunication and the way management handled it was very professional and generous. Would highly recommend staying here when visiting Jaipur.

I enjoy some fresh air in my room so would have appreciated windows or a balcony. the rooms were very clean and well maintained that it did not make a big difference. Something Ive experienced in several hotels in India are smoke alarms that emit a little flashing light which can be annoying for people who need complete darkness to sleep. the hotel was able to tape it for me which solved the issue.

Room and facilities inside room were comfortable, hygeinic and peaceful.

Food taste was below expectations.Treatment offered to guests inside shamiana is not equal ,for example staff was bringing dosa on order during breakfast for some guests but i ordered dosa to same lady two times at 15 minutes gap but it did not come so i had leave without eating dosa.Also despite having so good staff one of staff members did not have basic communication ettiquates,during check in he was asking questions about my kid like i am a kidnapper, he asked for id of 6 year which i said i will submit after downloading which i submitted after downloading.but he was asking aapke saath ek baacha hai na uska date of birth pata ho to bata dijiya,i was like who doesnt remember birthday of his son.Although he said sorry on rebuking but it bring the tour to mood trip in starting itself.

The hotel is just OK.

New hotel , clean.

The staff needs training , It took them a while to figure out the payment. The hotel is good but not luxury , feels empty , food just ok. It is at the most 4 star . If you are staying over night this hotel will be an ok choice, but if you are staying for few days then avoid.
