Exceptional

Perfect location, warm and friendly staff

An easy 10/10 experience!! We were greeted warmly, given an upgraded room, and felt very welcome. The hotel is in an amazing central location, and the road it's on isn't so busy, making ubers/taxis easy to get which is really handy. The museum is just a minute away too! The room we got was so spacious, really comfortable, and had a great view.

There is noise of traffic outside, but it didn't disturb us

The location is good and the view is nice.

There is a lift, but before checking in, had to bring the luggage all the way up to 2nd floor by stairs.

The service was great. If you are first time in Cairo this is a safe place to be. Everyone will try to scam you in the city so definitely ask the hotel to help you. They help us a lot.

Good stay in the heart of Cairo

Lovely rooms, very friendly and helpful staff who also helped arrange a cab to the airport for us in the morning. The property was right in the city centre of Tahrir Square, with great accessibility to restaurants, cafes and other points. The building itself is old, don't be misled by that. The rooms are quaint and clean.

We had to take two flights of stairs to get to the hotel which might be challenging for some. Also, the location is difficult to find since the building does not have a prominent sign for the property.

It was really clean and the staff was very kind,which worth its star level.

There was no elevator and we had to carry our luggage by ourselves up to 4th floor. Our room was on the highest floor and it just face the road. There's no elecricity before 6pm. It was impossible to get to sleep because it was too noisy at night. By the way, we asked the reception desk to buy water and she asked us for 15 pounds, which was 3 times higher than the normal price.

Location is excellent and staff are so nice. They provide change currency service which is very helpful

Its so noisy around. You can hear everything from the street and all night nonstop. However I was tired and wear ear plugs. So was able to sleep well

Brilliant, well-priced hotel run by lovely people.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Dora, who couldn't do enough for us.

Being so close to the main road, it's a bit noisy, but we enjoyed being in the heart of things.

Cheap and cheerful for a short stay.

It was a spacious room in a very convenient location and good value for money.

It was near the highway so incredibly loud the whole night with passing cars and constant beeping.

Awesome hotel in Cairo!

The location was prime. The staff was awesome. Marcelino, one of the receptionist, was especially helpful. He suggested great restaurants for me to try and helped me decide where I should go to visit. When I am in Cairo again, I would deff stay here.
