Fantastic

Excellent 3 star hotel that far exceeded my expectations....in fact I had to check at reception, was it 3 star or 4 star.... Staff went above and beyond, in my experience and I've stayed in hundreds of hotels throughout Asia and Europe for that matter...100 percent in my book..

Breakfast was good. Location of the hotel is in middle of the town, you can reach most of the important places in Surabaya within minutes.

Although it is not hotel's responsibility, but it would be nice if the main road have an access for pedestrian. There are no traffic lights and me and my colleagues found it difficult to crossing the main road.

The bed and shower pressure were two of the highlights during my stay in Swiss-Belinn Manyar. I had a very comforting shower after I arrived and slept really well throughout my stay. Staff are really friendly and location is also great. Will definitely stay at this hotel again in the future.

Great choice

It's a nice hotel, great 3 *, modern and bright, very clean, TV works and not a bad choice of local and international channels, good breakfast and near train station and a nice big mall.

The in house restaurant was a bit expensive, they told me that the ikan bakar was a salt water fish, but it was definitely fresh water fish, easy to know because they taste completely different, I didn't complain but I thought it wasn't nice trying to fool me, I also wish they adjust or create a price for families rather than charging families(with small children)for 2 full rooms, other hotels do it, otherwise I think is a great choice for a weekend or an overnight stay, specially since we have direct flights from Penang, Johore and Kuala Lumpur.
