Relaxed and helpful owner and family. A lovely stay, which I extended, and I will return if I am ever in Anuradhapura again. The tuk tuk driver organised by the owner was also excellent

Pali and his family were exceptional hosts; he drove us to dinner and picked us up free of charge both nights that we stayed here, as well as recommending places to go and things to do. Rooms were very clean and comfortable and in a great location next to the lake. Highly recommend this place!

Helpful host

Couple who own this, were very friendly. Helpful by nature. Served us several cups of tea. Did not want to take money for that. They have a tuk-tuk and use to pickup, drop off their guests.

Mr. Palitha is very kind and helpful. Along with all the useful recommendations that he provided, he took his time to cook us breakfast before leaving. He has a beautiful family with a lot of stories to tell. After a long day of visiting, we relaxed outside, sitting on his picturesque porch near the lake, the only noise being the sound of nature. The location is clean, close to the city center. You are within walking distance from good restaurants, the lake and ATMs. The Anuradhapura ancient city is also reachable by a short tuk tuk ride.

It was a real welcoming stay with 200% of Sri Lankan hospitality! The room was very good, the surrounding area quite unique with the birds at the lake. Breakfast possibilities nearby. And the family is able to fulfil each and every wish you have. They have offered us a Tuk tuk guide (thank you Sawa for your service!) to explore the Anuradhapura area and then a guide driver with a car to continue North. When we asked about the local fruits that we never tried before they made everything to arrange that as well. Recommended for everyone!
