Stylish 2BD 8 min from airport, 4 min from SoFi

This biggest issue I had with the property is that the listing indicated this place has 2 queen beds in each bedroom, but it doesn't. There is only 1 queen bed in each bedroom. The owner denied that the listing indicated that the unit has 4 beds and even though I have a screenshot of the listing showing such, they refused to reimburse any portion of the cost. And according to Booking.com, the owner did not respond to them when they reached out to the owner to get clarification about it. The listing said the house is fully equipped with a dishwasher, but there is no dishwasher in the house (see photo with all kitchen cabinet doors open). Also know that as part of the check out process, you will be expected to strip the beds and place the sheets next to the washer and take out the trash. I wish property owners would indicate this up front in their listing and not after you've already paid to stay there. The oven is really nice, but we couldn't use it because there weren't any pans that could be used in the oven, so we had nothing to put food in to heat in the oven. There were 2 skillets, but the non-stick coating is peeling, so we didn't want to use them. And the owner asks everyone to clear out all food at the end of your stay, so there aren't any staple items like olive oil, non-stick cooking spray, sugar, spices, etc that were purchased by previous guests that you could use while you are there. The apartment was clean, but there are tan carpets in the bedroom which look dingy even though they had clearly been vacuumed before we arrived. The walls could also use a fresh coat of paint, as there were a lot of marks and scuffs from the floor to the ceiling. The locks on the side door of the house were not operational and couldn't be opened from outside with the key. This means we could only exit and enter through the front door.

The location had me a little nervous because it was just my kids and I but we had no problems! The signs all over the home made us feel unwelcome and didn't help us feel comfortable either. I travel literally every 3-4months and this was the first time I experienced signs saying "Respect the home" on the refrigerator and many of the doors even when I set on the couch to watch TV (there is one on the coffee table)! Went to the bathroom it's a sign above the toilet it was just all too much for people to enjoy themselves the heat didn't work in the living room and the shower water drain moves really slow causing water to build up luckily we brought shower shoes per usually! All the linen is dark blue so I definitely was everything before my kids laid in the beds because it's hard to tell how clean the linen is! Would I return? Probably not!
