This property is located in a quiet neighborhood. Mr. VJ- the host has another property on the same road both equally gorgeous. I can attest that ALL the pix you see about this listing! This property is so well kept and HUGE. I know about the other property because I mistakenly arrived at that one but, one quick call and Mr. VJ replied instantly and directed us to the correct one. The entire house is spacious, Im kind of sad we didnt spend much time in it as we were out and about all day while we were in LA. It perfectly accommodated 5 people with enough privacy since the rooms are not next to each other(Loved that!). This place is FULLY stocked of amenities. If you have a vehicle theres assigned spots inside the property for your vehicle; mega plus! This house exceeded our expectations. Strongly suggest!

It is out of the hosts reach but, theres a construction next door that starts VERY early! Hopefully its done by know since our stay was 3 months ago. Its understandable that this is out of the owners reach but, the important part is that it did NOT bother us at all.

there was a bathroom in each room.

we were supposed to get the apartment that you see in the pictures, but a few hours before our arrival, we were informed that we would receive another apartment due to maintenance problems. but unfortunately also the apartment that we received was badly maintained. In one bedroom, we found ants, and we needed to sleep all night with ants surrounding our bad!! day after, there was aflood because of the washing machine. Attached are photos of the ants and flood. Our advise don't get near those appointments.

The layout and many perks and safe location. Daniel the host was very patience and kind. Most helpful.

The useless cleaning staff. The tub drain was clogged and obvious staff dont run water in the shower for cleaning. Also, the flies,gnats,and fruit flies were in abundance. Ice machine lodged in the hopper and cant dispense ice. While cleaning the ice up in freezer. There were a nest of the pests. Had to clean that as well. I shouldnt have cleaning fee waived or returned. The kitchen table about to collapse,buy a new one"

Modern LA Villa - Home Away from Home

Daniel's home was central to all the places we wanted to visit: So-Fi Stadium, Koreatown, The Griffith Observatory and the Airpot. The directions on how to get to the home, the check-in and check-out process were very clear. Daniel was extremely responsive and accommodating. The home itself was so impressive and felt like you were at a hotel but still felt like home away from home. I would 100% stay there again in the future.

There were only a handful things that I would believe would make the stay even better: - More Living Room Seating - At one point, all five of us wanted to sit and watch TV to relax, but we had to pull in seating from the dining room as there was only one sofa. I think a bigger sofa or maybe a few ottomans to accommodate more people would definitely help - Full Length Floor Mirror - Simple cleaning supplies (multi-purpose spray, etc) - Laundry Detergent (dishwashing pods were available) - Better Blinds in all rooms for better privacy

This is the best home I ever of the Booking.com. I absolutely did not experience any uncomfortable thing. I took a rest like home and pillow and duvet are so cozy, so I can sleep very well. The other awesome thing is location. I can get Universal studio only 10min. I fully recommend this awesome home for traveler.
