Most horrible place ever

Very cosy

Very poor neighborhood. Homeless people living on the sidewalk next to the house. The location you see is not the actual location. The real address is 1513 New Hampshire Ave. Don't be fooled by the streetview of Google. That must be at least ten years old. The house is not clean. Hairs in the shower. Dirt in the corners. Trash under the bed. The containers were fully loaded and with a horrible stench. The house is not maintained. House has wooden floors and you hear the upper neighbours walking continuously. Owner does not take any responsibility. Door access code did not work. Owner did not cooperate nicely. It took more then a hour to get in the house. In that time we asked three times to cancel the booking and refund us. The owner ignored our request. Definitely a no go.

Spacious, well-equipped and clean The person in charge of the staff responded quickly and friendly, and even let us check in early.

The location is very remote and the surrounding streets are dirty Poor sound insulation, you can hear sounds from upstairs and on the road

Disappointing

- spacious - cute design - comfortable couch, big tv, foosball table - clean towels, bedsheets - equipped kitchen, nothing fancy, but was enough to cook breakfast - 10 mins walk to a big market

- its in a different location - about 5 miles from the one specified in this listing - if you were looking for a metro station near it, its not there - someone pissed the carpet in the eating area- the smell was intolerable, on which host said my cleaner didnt tell me about it, just open the windows - the door knob for the one and only entry to the house fell off at our first entry inside - host asked to send photos, no further reaction followed (stayed there 4 nights), zero problem-solving attitude - we ended up fixing it ourselves - it was cold to sleep - heater is pretty good, but works only in the main room (not bedrooms) plus there are no spare blankets, and existing ones are very-very-very thin - dirty floor - if you prefer to walk around barefoot, you should have a bunch of spare throw-away socks - loud noises from the people above you and the street (yes, you will have only first floor on the house for yourself, the second one is occupied by people who like wearing heels early morning) - one of the 2 bathrooms is shared between 2 bedrooms and has 2 entries in there - make sure you are ready for this level of intimacy with people you are staying with

The living room looks nice and it has a big tv with netflix. Enjoyed playing foosball in the apartment. .

The neighborhood is not the best, lot of homeless people around. We often could not find a parking sport nearby so we had to walk through scary streets. We've found hair in the bathtub and generally the apartment was dirty. The first night we did not have heating and the host did not know how to turn it on, so i had to watch a youtube video about it. After i turned it on i smelled gas, but as the host said it was all safe even though he does not know the system. The apartment smelled horribly. The person living above us was realy loud and could even hear when he snorted at night. The sink in the bathroom was broke and we clould not use that bathroom during our stay.

It was cool an ok spot for just over night

The rooms

The maid was rude in the morning and she claimed we couldnt find the key but the key was left right on the table infront of her face and she still wouldnt let us leave until SHE found it but it was right there .
