Poor

Friendly staff but bad experience due to barking dog, rooms seemed musty/damp.

It was where my conference was being held so It was convenient.

A dog was barking in a room a few doors down from my room. The front desk said they had called the owners who said I they were out for the night. The front desk said they were told it was a service dog so they could not do anything about the barking. I paid for my room but did not receive the same accommodations as the people with the barking dog, as they left the noise of their dog while I endured it. Pets allowed in this hotel, it should be called the pet hotel as people have no recourse and noisy pets are priority. I question what service dog is if they leave it for hours alone. I actually felt sad for the poor dog as it was very upset its owners left it alone for so long.

Nice place to bring family. Staff was great to work with! Good location set away from the highway.

Jr Suite with fireplace was great. Pool was beautiful.

Wish there had been dishes and silverware in the kitchen. Walls seemed thin and Could also hear kids running up and down the halls on both floors until after 11:00 pm.

The room was nice, clean and comfortable.

The other guest were not considerate of others sleeping. Had a hard time falling asleep and staying asleep.

Disappointing

We only stayed one night, not likely to book again.

It was near the event we were going to. The decor was comfy cozy. The price was good.

The drain in our sink was slow, the toilet was not attached to the floor and there was mold above the bathtub. The bed was not very comfortable, it was bumpy. Not the hotels fault, but we had a couple in the room next to us yelling and fighting much of the night. A lot of swearing. They sounded intoxicated. Sleeping was difficult.

The lady at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She works nights but not overnight. I couldn't begin to tell you how much I appreciated her help. We will be back each year from Texas.

Home sweet home

The location was perfect for the wedding we attended. The hotel was lovely and so nice to stay at. The decor reminded us of cottage country in Ontario, Canada. Breakfast had plenty to choose from. And the pool area was to die for!! The room was spacious and well laid out. We would most definitely return.

That we had to go home?? There is nothing bad to say.
