Perfect choice

If there is a chance to give 50 stars, Id give it, it was an excellent stay for us. Definitely it will be our point to stay again. Lovely staff and extra clean and wide room. Easy access and very close to all the touristic places.

Great location (could be too loud for some) good room, great service

The location was fantastic. Close enough to the main sights and the train station. The room and the bathroom were clean. The breakfast was very much enough to start our day even though it was mostly sweet. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The location even though we didnt have a problem with it was basically right above a couple of bars that we really loud until very late a night (however it was enough to close our windows and you almost couldnt hear anything). The cleanliness of the room was good, it wasnt perfect. The walls were dirty in certain places, some spots looked like the paint started to peel off and someone painted over it. Also there was a spot below the AC where I guess water was dripping and it is visible discoloured. Most of those things could probably be fixed with a fresh coat or paint.

Exceptional

Steam House is a gem located in an University zone. Expect students, bars, and great restaurants in the area. Beautiful sightseeing locations are about 15 minutes walking. The place has a wonderful decoration. It was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable and had a great bathroom and shower. The room comes with a small bar with plenty of options for breakfast.

We did not see a face when we arrived. But regardless that everything was well organized. We received quick answers by texts and emails.

Great for young people who want bars and night life.

A very spacious room, with a nice little assortment of breakfast items.

SO NOISY!!! It should be advertised that it is right in the middle of the university district , where students come for bars and entertainment. The apartment is on top of several bars, where loud music is played til 1 am every night of the week.

Didn't look like the photos on the listing.

The young lady who showed us in was very welcoming and professional. The sheets and towels were of good quality. Water pressure was good, as were the toiletries provided.

The noisiest student bar in Bologna is literally at the front door. We had a room on the ground floor down a very shabby corridor and we were woken up at 2, 3, and 4 am. Not enjoyable. The walls are definitely not soundproof, not by a mile. Our room and bathroom was poorly lit and all the fixtures could have used a good dusting. No view at all. It was like being in the cellar. The pillows were solid and hard.

Superb

Beautiful spacious room

Room was very large and beautifully furnished to include a small table and 2 chairs which was lovely at breakfast. The bathroom was more than adequate. Very handy to be able to leave our luggage earlier as check in wasn't til later.

Perhaps the towels could have been nicer (they were very thin) but we only stayed for one night so not a huge issue.
