It was neither good nor bad
The location is far from the railway station but closer to Sarangapani, Ramaswamy temple, Adi Kumbeshwarar temples. The flower market, veg market and small teashops are in the adjacent road. The restaurant in the hotel is good for meals and filter coffee. The vegetables during meals are an interesting variation everyday with three varieties served everyday. Special mention to Mr Suresh of the restaurant, who is kind and professional. At the hotel, Mr Rajaram deserves special mention for his professionalism and polite behaviour.
The location is difficult and autos fleece you. Rayas closer to the mahamaham tank and restaurants is more lively. The bathroom has no water outlet and has poor ventilation. So it remains smelly for sometime. A fan should be fixed in the bathroom. The pillows were dirty and rooms were not cleaned for three day stay. Everytime you need to call reception for basic things. The auto driver recommended by the hotel fleeced us and that seems to be the case with autos and cabs in a tourist temple town. Better to bargain and fetch an auto from outside the hotel. The lady who served us food was extremely stingy with the portions and it was very upsetting when we come in hungry. Atleast the first round can be generous and second can be portioned. But guests should be treated with greater care.

Higly recommended. I would have no hesitation to stay here if I were to visit the city again.
Excellent location, value for money, and standards were above par. The attached restaurant was a big bonus with an excellent menu selection The staff service was superb. Temple view from the balcony was superb. I would stay at this place if I were to visit again.

Reception staff not very pleasant to deal with ESP one guy was completely useless I requested a towel to have shower on arrival as there wasnt one It wasnt delivered until o walked back to the reception after an hour to tell him off His excuse was that he didnt know my room no What an xxxt
