When I made the reservations, they did not let me know that they was working inside of the building. First day went to check in. They gave us a room that someone else was standing in. Come find out. The second floor is having work done. Did not get any sleep when we came back to the hotel early that morning, they was banging in the rooms outside of the hotel one of the people that was working in the rooms had to end up coming into our room, interrupting our sleep to do something with the fire extinguishers or whatever it is in the ceiling wastewater in the floor near the bathroom so the carpet was wet went downstairs to complain. I felt like when I booked the hotel they shouldve let me know what I was going to expect or let us know when we check in, we couldnt even use the weight room because they was doing something in there fixing the ceiling that girl at the front desk said that she will call me and let me know when it was available for me to go in there so instead I went outside in the cold and walked around the whole area even in other hotel parking lots we come back in the lady never let me know that the white one was open and available for me and my fianc to go in there and work out. She went and gave me a refund for one night we was going to stay until Saturday but it was too much going on at that hotel.
