Great hotel

Beautiful property. The room was very comfortable, clean, modern and cozy, and had all the necessary amenities for a good stay. The hotel staff was kind. Breakfast was just perfect with a lot of choices of fresh food. Jorge, who took care of breakfast was super nice and kind. The view of the hotel is just amazing. It is close to the zoo (which is a great spot if you are travelling with children) and to the tram stop.

The hotel restaurant is a terrible choice for dinner. The food was expensive, not tasty, and the staff was rude. Such a waste of place because the view from the hotel in the evening is amazing. It would be great to have proper blackout curtains in the room (nothing that ruined our sleep in such a comfortable bed though).

Very good

Staff were very helpful and polite. Breakfast at the hotel had a great selection/variety. The room/bedding was very comfortable and made the stay very relaxing.

Location from the main areas of Zurich was a little far, but the use of the trams made moving around very easy!

It was a beautiful property. Far enough away from everything that it felt quiet and secluded but close enough to everything to feel close to the action too.
