I do a staycation every year to see the lights downtown with my family. I will never use this hotel again.

It was within walking distance of the riverwalk.

Housekeeping was really loud early in the morning. I also left my pink cardigan in the room hanging in the closet but when I called to see if the housekeeper turned it in they said no. I asked to speak to the manager but the manager refused to get on the phone and just told the employee to tell me the cardigan wasnt located . There should be a lost and found policy.

Other than charging us almost twice, they said to check our bank again on Friday

Room was clean

They made us go up the stairs with our luggage elevators were not working. They charged us almost double. We had to talk to them twice why did that happened.

We had two rooms and both of them were out of shampoo,no wash clothes. We were charged more because of parking,and a 100 $ deposit on each room that was not refunded as of the next day. The area was full of construction and no where to park.

Upon arrival at around 17:00 for check-in, I asked the staff to give me a quiet room without a door between adjacent rooms and the staff gave me room 301, without warning that the hotel has doors between all rooms, which I am absolutely not happy with due to soundproofing. Arriving at the room, I realized that it was not suitable for me for the above reasons and asked to change it. The staff did not warn me that all hotel rooms have doors to adjacent rooms, otherwise I would have canceled the reservation and found another, quieter hotel. The woman at the reception changed my number to 635, saying that there was no door, but this turned out to be untrue, the door was there. In addition, the room was much smaller than the previous one, and noisier, overlooking the highway, so I had to go down to the reception again and ask for the previous room back. The woman at the reception refused me this, saying that there are no other rooms in the hotel and I am forced to stay in this noisy small room with a door to the next room, which is unacceptable for me due to my psychosomatic condition! I believe that this attitude towards customers is unacceptable, so I am leaving a negative review of the hotel and asking that action be taken against the staff and notify me of the action taken!
