Pretty resort, room needed some maintenance, and vegan breakfast was disappointing.

We paid for a better room, with a view of the sea, so there were plenty of space. The bathroom had a bath and a separate shower, so we used the bath to put our things in. I went down to reception to say that the heating wasn't working and an hour later someone brought us up a heater. The complex of the three hotels is lovely and spacious.

The options for breakfast were poor compared with vegan options in other hotels. They could at least offer vegan sausauges, and at the egg counter scrambled tofu would be easy to make. We even had to search for the soya milk. Hubby was told that some dairy milk was soya one morning. I don't know why they didn't have the soya milk readily available as on other hotels. There was hardly any room around the sink to put our things. The shower leaked on the floor each time it was used. There was no heating in the room, just cold air. I was told by the receptionist that it wasn't winter yet. It was November. There was no "do not disturb" sign and the cleaners were knocking on our door while we were in the room. The reception area of our hotel was closed and we were directed to used the receptions of one of the other hotels. One of the lampshades was broken and had been "repaired" with sticky tape. The door handle to the balcony was lose. Toilet seat was lose.

Great location in Torremolinos

Excellent customer service from reception. Staff were always willing to help with good knowledge. Cleaning staff do an excellent job. Plenty of sunbeds avaiable in different areas. Good choice of food, freshly prepared.

Drinks were extra and expensive. Restaurants can get busy at certain times.

Opposite the beach

A bit noisy above the rugby bar in the evening . Breakfast is a bit chaotic. Sitting outside is a good idea. A lot of people to cater for.

A very relaxing break.

Breakfast was good. The room was a bit tired looking. The location is very good (excellent).

The bathroom lacked a fitted bidet which for a superior room would have expected one to have been fitted. The rather antiquated contraption that was installed was a poor substitute and maybe not as hygienic.

Location!

You had to pay as a client 21 euros parking! My first room was old , smelly , no renovation for manY years. The second room Was Ok. Is this kind of hotels , for group travellers with average buffet, basic rooms with No Amenities. Also hard ti find the entrance!

A great hotel for a holiday in Torremolinos!

The location was great: right next to the sea, and there was so much to do nearby. Our room (pool view) also had a sea view, which was amazing!

Staff Personnel were very nice Shows were vere professional. Hotel very near the beach.

People running as soon as the pool opened to get a pool bed for the whole day. By just putting a towel on the bed, people just think they own the bed. I understand that its very difficult for the hotel to come up with ideas on this subject, but its a very important issue. I couldnt get a chance to get one having stayed at the hotel for ten days. I was witness to few incidents involving the life guards and guests about the question of one and a quarter hour removal of towels. Drinks very very expensive. 3.05 for a small can of tonic. You can buy them at Mercadona for 60 cents each. 5.75 for a pint of beer served not to the top like I am used to.
