Nice Winter break

Lovely location, clean and nice staff

My initial beautiful room had 'neighbours from Hell' The rooms are not sound-proofed . I had to call security at 3 30am to ask my neighbours to be quiet. Also the hotel organised a taxi for me for Airport Pick up. He wasnt present when I arrived so after many phone calls and searching he appeared

Good

The property is well located and the staff are very kind. The breakfast is good, however not in a class for a 4 star hotel. Since the hotel is big, the restaurants may be crowded and sometimes I experienced lack of hot water.

The cleaning is not very good. I usually check the cleanliness under the bed, and unfortunately this hotel failed in this checking.

We enjoyed our room, cleanliness and location

Pool could have been heated as kids werent able to use due to the cold weather. Breakfacst and Dinner could have more interesting vegan/vegetarian options. Especially Naan, roti could have been provuded in addition to two more veggie curries.

Spa bath tub had awful salt water.
