Very good

The room was clean with a side view of sea. Fast and sooner check in.

The sofa bed was uncomfortable. We booked this hotel to use the spa with our kid in the cold Christmas days. We found the indoor pool very small, basic and with cold water, without suitable facilities an indoor pool should have. The location is far from center, you need to walk 20 minutes to see the crowd by the sea or center.

Terrible!

Nothing at all! It was a nightmare!

The room was like a prison, the toilet was separated from the washing room !!!!!!! Full of ants !!!! The bed and pillows were extremely bad. I did tell them that I didn't want to stay there and they said that they will contact booking.com for arranging it but they just lied ! The food was disgusting... I was food poisoned the very first night. The cleaners didn't clean the room properly and left dirty cups and glasses in the room. After 3 hours they came to the room and just empty the cups and a splash of water , no soap .. I can't go on ! It just make me more sick.
