Great location and there is a dishwasher in the room and laundry on each floor.

The facilities are very well-equipped, but had extra parking cost.

The facilities are very well-equipped. Although the rooms are not large, they are compact and well-designed, providing everything you need. The appliances are also top brands, such as the Daikin air conditioner.

Parking can be a bit of an issue, given the city center location, which is understandable. However, it's worth noting that there is an additional charge for parking, and it's not cheap.

A well-designed, small yet comprehensive, and charming hotel

Location was good, is in the very central of the city. The facilities are fancy, it is quite new innovated, the room was not big but the designs were very reasonable and creative.

But the parking place is in the opposite of the hotel, we need to drop luggage first then to park. And parking place need to pay extra and booking in advance. And as I booked 4 nights in total, the service in the last night was not as good as previous.

The bed is too small for two persons. Plus there is a big pole in the middle of the bed. the way to carpark instruction is poor, they just gave us the address, and there should be a road map to direct us to the entrance. They didnt even bother to give a clear instruction to the exact entrance (hard to find). The car spot which we are instructed to park is also parked with a car already.

ridiculous that we could not control heat or air-conditioning

No buttons worked. Could not control air conditioning, heating, although phoned about this several times, eventually just turned off. Buttons for drapes did not work. Just pretended had technology- but ultimately not control of heat or cool.

Great hotel in the centre of the city

Great kitchenette with stove, which was great for making porridge in the morning. Good location and appreciated being able to store our bags until the ferry crossing. Room overall had everything we needed and we had a great nights sleep.

Additional cost for parking, though we appreciated it being close by
