Disappointing

It was okay as it was only a night stop over, but i was expecting more for the price paid.

The hotel transfer service to the airport was excellent.

The room was rather old and has leaking patches on the wall which is not pleasant to the eyes. The furnitures were old, the side table was shaky and waiting to fall off anytime soon! The bed was okay. The aircond in the main area was not working well. There was no towel/ floor rug for the slippery kind of tiles. The hotel location was rather deserted, no nearby shop/ grocery store for guests convenience and the one in the hotel lobby was closed after midnight.

Disappointing

Location close to banks. Private balcony with table and chair for smokers. The staff is friendly and make our check in process smoothly even though we arrived quite late on the check in day.

Breakfast have variety of food but we found that the cake served is not fresh. To move around we need to take a cab so it's not really close to the city center. The stool provided in the room not in a good condition and it's should be change by now. The floor need to change to the new one because some of the flooring is open up and it's dangerous to the guest. The air conditioner in the room create a lot of noise when it's been turning on.

I booked for a weekend with family. The children loves the rooftop pool. All good.

All good I guess. Except you have to call reception on how to turn on the TV.
