Very disappointed for the money

It was clean and modern

We were on the ground floor and we could hear the guests above walking around. So noisy and creaky floors until 2am - we asked to be moved but got no response even though they said theyd call to change our room

All the staff, especially in the restaurant and bar were extremely friendly. Thank you.

That it has an indoor and outdoor pool

It was wonderful but 3 suggestions to improve could be: 1. Have a filtered water dispenser to fill up water bottes with filtered water. 2. Have a few more cheaper snacks and meals available throughout the day when kids get hungry. 3. Towels didnt dry over night so it would have been nice to get fresh towels the next day.

It was really good overall . During peak holiday season it still is a good place to unwind.

Recreational facilities,children play area ,good views and great restaurants.

The management is more focused on $$ than hospitability

The location and atmosphere are nice. We went there for a wedding, which was handled well by the ground staff. The room was fairly comfortable, with a large balcony.

Usually, after booking, you get a message with 'welcome', 'thank you for booking', etc. Instead, this place sent a message telling me all the things I could not do. Then, I was charged more than advertised. When booking via the Android app, it was not mentioned that there would be a surcharge. When contacting the property, they said it was mentioned somewhere in the fine print, which is indeed the case on the WEBSITE but not in the app. They did not care. Spineless booking.com never wanted to address the issue properly; they gave evasive responses that did not get to the point, so I got the difference back through AMEX. The rooms are not cleaned during the day; it must be cheaper to save on cleaning staff. However, the amount of soap etc is enough for one person for one day. Extremely cheap-minded management, which is sad considering the potential of the place.
