Get an ocean facing room... location and views are amazing!!

We had a room with a balcony that faced the ocean. The rooms and facilities are pretty basic... but the location and views of the sunsets made this accommodation spectacular!!

No hot water and basic facilities.

All in all its a good place to stay just some few facility issues that need to address.

The overall location

You need to go to 3rd floor to fetch some water with your tumbler because theres no any free bottled water to be given. All charging outlets arent working right having a hard time charging our devices. You need to be creative to charge your phones removed the refrigerator out the socket so we can charge our phones. And even the hot and cold water of the shower is faulty sometimes its too hot then so cold, hard to adjust.

Beachfront. Totally love this about the property. Less crowd, more peaceful.

There were a loooooooot of ants in our room. Didnt bother to complain as we thought it will just go away but it didnt. We were getting ant bites while we were sleeping, ants are everywhere. Floor, dresser, table, shelf. We stayed in room 404.

Perfect location for a relaxing week in paradise!

The hotel is directly on the beach and in the quieter part of the resort. The rooms are lovely and have everything you need. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

There are a lot of stairs if you have mobility issues.

First time in Boracay

I love how accommodating and polite the staffs here. The room we booked was clean and comfortable. Location wise, it's kinda far from Station 2 and 1. I love the area because it's more quiet and peaceful too. Also, no elevator but definitely not a problem! I highly recommend this hotel. It's a beach front hotel and I really like that.

Just the no elevator but overall, it's good!

Staff were great. Everbody was friendly, helpful and accomodating. Stayed in room 202, with seaview, had a wonderful stay, view was perfect. Having a water dispenser was great as you don't need to buy expensive bottled water.

It was just a but weird when we moved to another room - side room with partial seaview, the room does not have a kettle - which is a basic room facility. Unfortunately both rooms have blocked toilet sinks, which was quite frustrating. Overall, we had a good night sleep, just need few improvements in their room facilities.

On the beach but not nicely maintained

Location is on the beach. Kinda not crowded and nice beach. Staff is great

Poor plumbery, bad quality of sliding door, heavy and not working well, paint is crackling everywhere, stains on blanket. The whole place feels humid and damp.a bit too noisy because. You will hear a bit from outside the music too. Not kettle in the room is just the sign of a owner who doesn't care
