Fabulous staycation for a long Christmas weekend. would probably repeat.

Everything was excellent. Food was great. Service was top notched.

only the scent of the shampoo and body wash. Not really feminine. Only my husband enjoyed the scent. My daughhters, not so much.

The place is very luxurious and good maintained

This is my first visit here, just have 2 things Im not like about it. Entrance light was defect Every time we come out from the room there will be very bad smell, like destroy food. Its actually comes from same row of my room they put the plates with meats out side the door which left the whole day. Even today when I checked out the plates still there.

Very bad experience at this hotel.

We suppose can check-in at 3pm, but only have room ready at 7pm. Asking when can the room be ready when we were there around 5pm and told by staff Ryan it should be ready within 20 to 30 min but can't promise (He told these after swiping my card). We were all hungry at that moment and asked to check when we had the room ready, but the same staff couldn't get our details with my ic and name. After several communications with the staff, only we have room ready for us (There were 5 families in front of us with the same situation still waiting for room) Very bad experience at this hotel.

Overall I would said bravo for the Sheraton. Keep it out. I will definitely will come again in the future.

The room have nice interior and comfortable sleep. Quality for the room.

It was amazing and peaceful, good hotel to relax after a stressful work month

I loved the staff being really friendly, I also loved the facilities provided in the hotel

The locks on the toilet were unfortunately not fixed because the hotel was having some mechanical issue with issue so that was really the only issue

Poor service will not stay

Good location , huge room

Did not get lounge access even though paid for .. the front office didnt have good service for honeymoon couple even though requested earlier . Also late check out not entertained , very rude asked to leave by 12 pm even though requested for 3 pm .. not a good experience at all !!
