Very good

Overall good except for the iron.

The food the alcohol the comfort of the room the pool and hot tub. the check in staff was awesome.

the iron malfunctioned and stained my wife's skirt when we told staff upon check out they didn't seem to care :( we were in room 314 the iron needs to be replaced.

It was a great experience very friendly staff.

It was great to have food upon arrival after a long day of travel and breakfast the next morning. The location is very close to the Nashville airport so very convenient. Loved the hot tub and pool.

We found this a very welcoming hotel with lovely staff and wouldnt hesitate to recommend it to friends and family.

Very friendly staff. Easy location for the airport and inexpensive taxi ride into downtown. The nighttime social event with eats and 3 complimentary drinks.

I don't know where you found your employees but, they are so good at their job at this location.

Good variety of food and everything was hot and fresh. Dinner was a surprise. So nice to be able to sit and talk with other visitors. Met some new friends and the staff was so nice and didn't rush us. We were able to celebrate our grand daughters birthday and watch college football in the lobby/dining room. The food was more than we could have expected.

My only complaint would be the softness of some of the chairs in the lobby/dining area and in our room. However, overall it was the best experience we have had in our travels thus far.

Exceptionally clean and quiet with great evening meal and hot breakfast. What's not to like?

The evening drinks and food as well as a large hot breakfast selection were a great feature. Not having to leave the hotel or order in was refreshing. Room was very clean and surprisingly quiet for being next to an airport.

Bed was quite a bit mushier than I prefer. Pillows were good and there were plenty of them and the linens were fresh and clean though.
