The Sheraton Greensboro has a great staff and excellent service, making it one of the best hotels in the area. The rooms are always nice and comfortable, with daily maid service. However, one reviewe (Read More)r mentioned a lack of towel hanging options in the remodeled bathroom, which was inconvenient for a room with multiple occupants. Overall, the hotel receives positive reviews and is preferred over a nearby Marriott.

Waste of money

The room was beautifully designed and decor of the hotel itself was nice.

The building was massive, and very overwhelming with staff that gave vague directions and signs that were not clear how to get to elevators or different floors. The buildings exterior had multiple entrances which were equally as unclear. Had to find where to go from a map on the wall. The location looks over a highway and a mall (the latter of which made parking a bit of a nightmare). It was advertised that breakfast was an amenity but was $15 when I was there. The hotels choice of toiletries had an overwhelmingly unpleasant fragrance. Ive stayed at many places; never had so strong a dislike for a scent. The door was VERY THIN, and I could hear everything happening. I have stayed in better places for less money. This was an utter waste.

Superb

Comfortable and affordable.

The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The level of patience that staff had with our large conference in this space was amazing. The food was pretty good.

The turkey sandwiches and biscuits at breakfast were a little dry. It would be nice if there were more shopping places closer. The mall looks a bit abandoned.

Nice hotel but do not recommend for disabled people

The property was located very close to Greensboro Coliseum and Four Seasons Mall.

The property is NOT disabled friendly. The doors stay locked on the side for disabled parking spaces forced those who are disabled to walk around the building. This completely defeats the purpose of disabled parking. This was a major problem the entire stay.

Passable

They got our breakfast order incorrect and despite calling it in a full 2 hours beforehand, it was still 30 mins late ( and we had to call to push ) . Check out time on th ehotel website is noon but they told us 11 so we had to argue that point . We were there for a conference and the men's bathroom on main floor was out of order for most of it, had to go to the second floor. Expected a lot more from this place ( having stayed there years prior )
