Good, not great

Employees and the GM were very polite and friendly.

The hotel needs to be cleaned thoroughly. The carpets in the hallways needed to be vacuumed badly. No trash bags in room trash cans. There were people smoking weed in their rooms that made the whole hall smell.

Xmas stay visiting family.

Check-in was easy. Nicole was great! The room was great. Overall, we would stay again. The beds were very comfortable.

The fridge could have been colder. The only negative was that our room was above the dining section, and we could smell everything.

I have been coming almost every week for the last few weeks. And I plan to continue to do so. It is an affordable overnight rate and the beds are comfortable and when the indoor pool and jacuzzi and the wonderful meals that you serve is worth every penny. It's like a refueling opportunity for us emotionally. even though we're 15 minutes from home, we feel like we're on vacation and we enjoy it and will continue to enjoy it. The staff has always been nothing but kind and wonderful and we are so happy with every aspect of our stay. I have no complaints.

If not for the staff, this place would not get a decent rating but the staff make the property, though my goal with the review is honesty. The staff were amazing, friendly and professional throughout our stay. I will say the rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff did a great job with the daily light cleaning service. There are several restaurants in easy walking distance, so that was a bonus.

I feel like the pictures of the property are misleading, it is more motel, then hotel. At $140 base before taxes a night, there's zero value in what may be a two star property. When we first pulled in the hotel sign itself, was a giant red flag, based on its condition alone. The hotel has two elevators and one always left you thinking you'd be stuck in it. We stayed on the 5th floor and were woken up every morning around 5am with what sounded like someone banging a wrench on the internal pipes. I reported this to staff who said they were aware but they think it is due to temp changes as hot water is being requested. Truth I get that it is out of their control but it doesn't change the behavior. The "free" breakfast option was nice and tasty but it was the exact same menu every day. The also offered a "free" dinner and a couple cocktails each night. The dinner situation was a bit strange, in that all cocktails came out of a gun and seemed to have no alcohol present. The dinner itself seemed to be a decent option though every night at dinner time, there was a flood of construction workers into the dining area, who I never saw at breakfast or any other time in the building. Basically if you didn't arrive right at 5:30, it appeared as if a tornado had gone through the buffet area of the dining section and even making a plate was a challenge.

Excellent gem. I would return for great hot breakfast and evening drinks and snacks.

Breakfast was great and they have evening drinks and snacks as a kickbacks which i haven't seen elsewhere. It is all included in the stay price.

Our stay was relaxing and excellent.

The cleanliness of the property. The front desk staff was very nice. The lady that check us in on 11/23 around 8pm was very very nice. Also I love the food and beverage thing that is after 5:30. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back.

I dont think there was anything that we found wrong.

Fantastic

We were amazed that the price not only included breakfast but it also included an evening meal and glass of wine! We drive 10 hours a day so we always look for a hotel that has a restaurant but to have it included in the price was amazing! Also the staff were extremely friendly . That makes me think that the employer must treat them well because they are happy employees.

The bathroom was a bit dated but OK.
