Great location, beautiful hotel, will definitely stay again.

Loved the pool, staff were very helpful and friendly. Room service was great. Room was spotless. Good variety of restaurants on the property. All over very comfortable stay and fun.

It was perfect! The Italian Harvest Moon Dinner with Opera was perfection!

Only minor complaints was coffee took too long at breakfast and we were advised the Meat Block Buffet was available so we booked it for a special occasion and it wasn't actually available (it finished the weekend before apparently), which was disappointing but otherwise a wonderful stay

First time in Port Douglas and expecting a tropical atmosphere, well the Sheraton delivered that!

The room was a good size, met expectations, bed was very comfortable and the view of the Lagoon pool was amazing. To know that we have this type of hotel in Australia was fantastic.

Nothing to note really, perhaps if i was being critical the swim up bar pool looked like it needed some cleaning.

Fantastic stay in Paradise!!

We had a fantastic stay with upgraded room and complimentary cake as we were celebrating a birthday. Fantastic pool area, plenty of sun loungers, great food selection and variety at breakfast. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Was amazing.

Absolutely loved it! It was even nicer in person than in person. The staff were so friendly and nothing was an issue. We are already planning our next holiday there

The only thing Id fault is that the in room menu was a bit limited to what type of food we could eat but everything we ordered was amazing good
