Peppers Beach Club offers a heavenly experience with its great location near shops and the beach. The pool is beautiful and perfect for young kids, while the 3 bedroom penthouse is spacious and clean (Read More). The service is fabulous with friendly staff. However, there are some issues with erratic service that have not been addressed by management. The spa rooms are well set up but small, and the bar serves good breakfast and cocktails. The pool is a major attraction, but be prepared for stairs if staying on higher floors. The location, beach, and town are all conveniently close.

Very close to 4 miles beach, nice pool

It was no toaster in the room, was no guest amenities like show cap or sanitary bag. Some water and wine glasses were not clean from the previous guests.

This is our 2nd visit to peppers at Port Douglas, came back because the first time was great & well be back again, location is ideal to walk to town or beach, pool is amazing, great atmosphere.

Overall a good stay but be sure to book a table at the restaurant if you want to eat in-house.

Fabulous pool, very nice rooms and central location

Restaurant staff were unwilling to sit us for a snack at 7pm on a Friday evening when only two tables were occupied. Staff member was rude, I felt this was poor performance for a 5 star property.

Very nice place to stay

Really well-located resort with lovely pool area. Decent sized room, ours with a spa bath on the balcony. Parking available in garage. Good breakfast and dinner options. Staff all very friendly and helpful

A strange smell came from one section of the caravan park next door along the walkway from rooms. The daily clean was a bit hit and miss.

We liked the location. Walking distance to the town and 4 mile beach. The staff were lovely and very accommodating. The pool was very nice. Our return flight home wasn't until late that day and checkout was at 10am. We were able to get a 11am checkout and able to use the pool, meals area and store our luggage there until we were to be picked up later in the day.

I would only have to say the one issue was the breakfast hot buffet was often cold and not replenished unless you asked. Often no orange juice or strawberries. I think the staff could be more mindful of making sure everything is replenished etc milk, juices . Where the cold fruits are I think this needs to be revamped as you are leaning over to get the fruits at the back and you have to be careful you're not spilling the juice over the cold meat and fruit in the front.

Good hotel, but town itself is very run down and underwhelming.

Loved the pool, very close into town and room was nice and large with good in room amenities.

The room service was extremely slow and not the greatest menu to choose from, struggled with housekeeping due to our baby napping - tried to organise it around the nap time but housekeeping still kept missing us.
