41 floor room was v noisy at night due to the night club. Staff accommodated the complaint and changed the room.

A Persian guy who was at entrance door every day that I dont remember his name was so friendly and nice and his manner and the way of his communication is one of my highlights in Dubai trip

Friendly and competent staff. As you would expect in a hotel of this class. My friend Ahmed anticipates every guest's every wish at breakfast. The view from the Terrasse is unique and a must for every photographer!

Amazing

Beautiful hotel and rooms. The staff were amazing and well spoken, especially the porter guy at the night shift during our stay ( floor 37) for any information needed. Also Prasanna from housekeeping, excellent service.
