Superb

A perfect place to relax, reset and worry about nothing. Perfect gateway

The location looks like paradise, the white sandy beach, its clean, the vegetation and trees created a Calm and beautiful environment. It was absolutely gorgeous

It was a little far out to get to and the drive to the airport was tedious.

I love the stuff and the hotel, but its very far from the airport and again the road to the hotel is completely destroy

My Butler, Sebastian, the whole staff are very welcoming and polite. The food is amazing a very relaxing facility and chic

Its one hour and a half from the airport and the route to it from the main road is completely destroyed and through villages, which is really awful and annoying.

Location, People & property are excellent. Truly amazing! Wvery single staff was super helpful Special mention & kudos: Janet for taking care of us so well throughout & Chef Andy for making us some great Nasi Goreng & rest of the vegetarian meals, from the heart Would love to come back again!

Spa - Complete disappointment. Hope it improves, as these are initial days.

Great property with an awesome location that needs to improve their hospitality and service skills

The property is new and is located on the beach. It has a wine bar and we had taken the all inclusive package that was quite nice. Janet, who was assigned to us was brilliant and extremely helpful catering to all our needs during our short break.

Staff need to be trained in hospitality and addressing needs of the guests. Spa services need to be greatly improved as the staff seem to lack training and finesse, staff at the restaurant didnt seem to understand/ remember basic elements of our order. Food options need to improve too especially for vegetarians (3 out of 4 of us were vegetarian). The room we stayed in didnt door/ separator for the shower, which we think is required especially when the shower is indoors.

Excellent for price and experience

Barefoot policy! Moises the barista is the best. The cocktails are awesome too. The restaurant at night with music at the beach is great. The attention from the staff. They are always there to make you feel incredible.

Sometimes the food was not quite there yet. But it's Zanzibar standards. We can't expect to be in a 5 star hotel in Europe.

A beautiful place with a lot of potential, but the service needs to be improved

The facilities and surroundings are beautiful and the hotel is built in a wonderful setting. The restaurant, bar and pool staff are very attentive.

It is worth mentioning that the service received whilst at Sensations was far from being 5*. Having booked the hotel for its age, ratings and value for money, it was disappointing to see that the senior management was not ready to accommodate a client base that is used to staying in 5* hotels and experience the service that comes with it, especially when advertising private butlers for all guests. The food did not meet our expectations, and we were not the only guests raising concerns. The hotel facilities are amazing, if the service could complement the surroundings it would be paradise on earth.

This place is absolute paradise on earth. Its so well put together and beautiful. The staff are 6 stars, they are always helpful and always have a smile on their face. This place is amazing! I Highly recommend.

Amazing location, pristine beach, nice sand, you feel like on paradise. The staff amazing, friendly, helping, never experienced such a great hospitality. Drinks, cocktails very good.
