Everything is perfect including the location, the room, the balcony, the restaurant, the hoteliers. Breakfast is so nice with daily baked apple pie and warm coffee. The restaurant is nice with delicious food, nice services with friendly hotel personnel. A lovely place to stay. Would recommend it to all for holiday lodging.

Friendly staff and good breakfast. Comfy and clean

Be good to have glasses in room so we could have drink water. Wasnt concerned no teas/coffees. No thermostat to turn heating down.

Disappointment!!!!

Location was good(basically, Hallstatt is small and all the locarions are good) Bed was nice.

The room hadn't sound insulation. You can hear everything from the other rooms and can not sleep if the other guests are making noise. There is no atomic heating and cooling at the rooms, but there is a central heating system that does not heat the rooms. We were filling chilled all the time. The hotel provide us a heat fun machine to heat the room. There is no point of paying almost 300 euros and have this conditions. Just pick another hotel.
