The hotel itself was great, with amazing friendly staff including the butlers, amazing food, infinity pool, yoga lesson, everything else was wonderful except for their transportation service.....

We would never, ever come back or any other Hyatt hotels as long as they are working together with Amstar the transport service. We booked the transport service via Amstar, which was the only option they said, so that we can travel to the airport and get back home. We made the payment via card and received confirmation, including the boarding pass. However, after waiting for 20 minutes at the designated spot at the agreed time, the taxi still wasn't there. When we went to the desk to ask, they told us that our booking was cancelled because the transaction was cancelled. They said they could not provide us the transportation, so we had to book another taxi, make another payment, and travel to the airport with extra stress and frustration. 2 weeks have passed and I still do not have the payment back, which they insisted got cancelled. I am starting the dispute process on the transaction, which is causing us even more stress and waste of time.

The room and breakfast buffet were nice

Generally all the food tasted the same. Lobby and other certain areas were kept at freezing temp. And The fact that it is a legit swingers hotel was a surprise!

Stunning Resort and Superb Service!

The resort was absolutely beautiful, and the food and service were impeccable, especially at the Cielo rooftop. Orlando, Demetrio, Benjamin, and Jesus were great hosts. The master chef, Karla, came to our table on numerous occasions to inquire about the quality of the food (always fantastic) - that was a very personalized approach to the service at this resort. The rooms were spacious and lovely. Weve been to numerous all-inclusive resorts over the years and Secrets Impression Moxch stood out amongst the rest. Also, appreciate the kindness and support from our butlers, Maili and Mariela. Also, a shout out to Pedro at the lobby bar - he was great! We will definitely be back!
