The hotel address is fake

I didnt like anything about the property.

The hotel location showing on booking.com was 8011 Fins Up Circle, Kissimmee, Florida 34747. All the email communications were showing hotel is located at 8011 Fins Up Circle, Kissimmee, Florida 34747. However when we arrived the resort on our first day. We couldnt find the place. I called their customer service and was told the hotel location is actually at 7365 Fairfax Drive, Reunion. They showed an address which was close to Animal Kingdom when we booked the resort but actually the location is fake and the resort is way further. They also refused to cancel or change our booking when we realized the hotel address is not real.

Lovely villa, slept 12 easily, plenty of room for all, hot tub used a lot after theme parks all day.

Spacious, lovely pool. Shuttle bus to universal, Disney and SeaWorld, used Huber when times not convenient, location of Villa fairly central to theme parks

We had issues with roaches in the home and it didnt seem very clean, it was a little disappointing.

a pleasant villa if a little dated, in a great location for theme parks

the location, the size of the house and the clubhouse

it was slightly dated, lots of minor faults such as AC stopping working, outside light hanging off the wall, no cleaning of the pool when we were there and the property was not very clean.

This home was excellent. Very clean and close to attractions. Would definitely rent again.

Our family was very comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The staff was pleasant and responded quickly to any questions.

Beautiful home with poor service

Lots of space and a bathroom for each bedroom.

The management of the property was awful! Staff was extremely rude and very unhelpful. Televisions (5) and internet didnt work all week. Garbage disposal was broken until last day of our stay.
