Excellent location, staff, and cleanliness

The staff was amazing The restaurant especially the cheef Emad was very kindly and the food was very good

Great location

The location is great with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Very close to the airport.

The room seemed overpriced for what was offered and the breakfast was disappointing with very limited choice.

Overall experience is fair. Considered expensive. I will search for other hotel the next trip

Location is good

Room service is very slow. They didnt clean unless requesting them repeatedly. The WiFi is not good. Mobile phone network is always absent. You have to stay beside window to make a call. Though I talked to them to make the swimming pool is working, when we arrived it was out of service. The hotel doesnt upgrade its amenities.
