    Seafields location was perfect for our three night visit.
    Excellent location .. a walk from Hove station. Lots of hot water for showers. Radiator kept us warm day and night. Very quiet, we did not hear any other guest. Kettle etc for brew. Hairdryer. Helpful host . Lots of storage space.
    Our room could be improved by adding a well lit mirror for hair drying and make up. A firmer mattress would be appreciated.

    It was adequate for our purpose, visiting friends, and the price reflected the standard.
    Its location and ease of access.
    The condition of the bathroom and the fact that our bed wasn't made up the following day.

    The location was excellent, 5 minutes to the shops and beach and a nice quiet road. The bed was very comfortable.
    The description said there was a hairdryer, there wasn't. The room was not clean, rubbish behind the bedside table which I discovered when I plugged in the kettle. A lot of noise from upstairs rooms.

    Hove weekend.
    Clean, had everything we needed. Staff were helpfull & friendly.
    Overall a little jaded and bit further from Brighton centre than I thought but no problems.
