Location was amazing and good access to the beach

Staff were not good especially the manager and took long for check-in. Too many insects in the room.

Waking up on a soft four post traditional Sri Lankan bed to the view of the swaying Cocount trees, and the sounds of the waves crashing in a distance was the best. The staff, especially Sarath was so helpful. Clean and lovely rooms. We would come back again.

Superb will definitely stay here again

This property is situated perfectly in Mirissa, with beautiful views over coconut tree hill. Swimming directly out of the hotel onto the golden sandy beaches. The staff cannot do enough for you and really made our stay wonderful. I highly recommend this property and if the sea view is available then Id definitely recommend the upgrade!

The hotel is amazing, we booked the sea view hotel & it was undoubtedly beautiful. The staff is so humble & ask anything they will definitely help you.

Loved everything, nothing to mention. Just one thing if option to order alcohol is available too at the location, it would be amazing.

Good and comfortable one-night stay.

Second time staying here and now with more guests, more personnel and more fluid service. Staff showed more flexibility. We booked here, again, for the good location and clean and comfortable room.

Nice location and hotel, but guest-centered communication and service should be better for the price

The boutique hotel is at a great location between parrot rock and coconut hill. The Seaview room was very nice and clean. Great shower. Eating facilities around. Great breakfast and helpful staff. Despite elements below, had a pleasant stay- but would expect better for the price paid.

We had called in advance whether they had driver quarters, they said they had for 1000 LKR. Upon arrival, it turned out not to be there, but some other place far away. This really is unfortunate start of the weekend. Parking is very small. And I guess because of low-season, many hotel facilities not available (bar and dinner) as well as refurbishing ongoing. Upon payment, they tried to charge bank charges and discussion on exchange rate to use.

The staff are very good but the owner is so selfish. We booked to stay for 3 nights and we had to leave after 2 nights.

We booked for 3 nights but something happened and we had to leave after 2 nights! He told us that it's from the booking.com policy, but it wasn't really because we phoned to booking.com and tell us that for them it's not a problem!! The booking.com even called him and he didn't accept to pay only for the two nights that we stay. WE HAD TO PAY FOR THE THIRD NIGHT ALSO which we didn't stay!! Apart of that we want to pay with the VISA card and it's written on the paper that you have 3% more of the some. He also needs to charge with 4%. Also from the bill we had to pay 20 more I don't know where go bring it. Don't ever try to book this hotel!! He also cancelled our booking from the booking.com like we didn't shown after we gone, also to don't have to pay for the booking.com what a SELFISH stupid owner !! I'm so sorry for the staff. What a shame owner they have. I don't want anyone to have an experience like us!
