Very convenient location (close to beach & restaurants), spacious room, clean toilet, comfortable bed, super friendly staffs Fawaz, Timur & team. Heartfelt thanks for their smiles & warm hospitality; would love to stay there again in my future trips.

Convenient location for our purpose. Staff were helpful. Comfortable, large bed with clean linen.

Feels like the hotel staff are trying to provide a good service, but the management aren't spending enough on the customer experience. Facilities in the room and bathroom are cheap quality for the room price. With a little more investment, it could be good, but at the moment, it's relatively expensive for what it is The location is near, but not on the seashore - it's one block back from the sea front.

The pillow is too big so produse painfully in the neck. The water boiler is burn and dirty. I found cockroaches in bathroom. The air condition is very cold and directed to the bed.

Dreadful. Checked out first thing on the first morning rather than stay for the full weekend as we had booked.

Location

Filthy carpets. Paint flaking off walls. No dishes, cups, plates, cutlery in the apartment kitchen (totally bare cupboards except 2 saucepans). Only 1 small bottle of water provided for a 2 night stay. AC not working (blowing hot air). No toilet roll provided. No hot water in the shower.
