Superb

Lovely accommodation finished to a high standard in a convenient location being only 5 minutes drive/25 minute walk to Swanage beach. Local convience store and a couple of pubs nearby too.

The heat detector alarm in the kitchen is very sensitive. Cooking breakfast for 4 people in the morning set it off every time. But better to have a sensitive alarm than not - better safe than sorry!

Clean place that needs some essentials!

It was clean, there was a corner shop nearby.

It was very small for the price. The price leaves you expecting much more. Basic amenities were in very short supply or just missing (eg hand wash, hand towels, washing machine powder). The twin bedroom beds were short and legs were hanging off the end - and we're not tall people! Limited to on street parking that is a walk away and is often busy. It's on a busy main road so it's overlooked and there is quite a bit of noise (having windows open is loud at night).

We loved our stay here .

Kept to a very high modern standard, close proximity to Swanage and on a bus route should you not want to take the 20 mins walk into town. Very Good local shop within 100 yards. Very clean , spaciose and comfortable with excellent facilities. Loads to see and do around the area . An excellent family holiday location.

The only real problem is it can be tricky to park. Double yellow lines outside of the property ( one local appeared to ignore these overnight once as we did while unloading ) having said that i managed to get parked a few yards down in the same street 2 out of three nights we were there and the third night I parked two streets down but as it is everywhere nowadays parking can be a lottery.

Lovely Cottage

Self Chek-In and out is very gut. Louise was very friendly. The Cottage is near the Swanage town and it was clean. We loved the Cottage and the Jurassic Coast.

Very clean, newly refurbished

The communication was really good whenever we had a question. Property owner / cleaner contacted us regarding our lost property and posted the item to me. Shop close by that provides basics. Bus stop nearby. No parking restriction on nearby roads.

Sleeps 6-8 but only 2 double bedrooms with one extra bed and 1 single bedroom. 2 on sofa bed. Our stay was during hot weather so window had to be open and the road is noisy with traffic.

we all loved our stay at the sea breeze cottage & would come again. location is great, a grocery store a few houses down and 10/15 min walk into town. highly recommend!

A lovely weekend break.

Was very impressed with Sea Breeze Cottage. Nice, clean & modern. A very comfortable stay. Good location, a 15 minute walk to Swanage beach. Will definitely be back.

Nothing to improve on, we were thoroughly impressed. Thank you!
