EVERYTHING!! 1. The food!! Whatever chefs they hired for Santiburi are clearly world class chefs who have made some of the most tasty food we have ever ever eaten. Especially with the chef at the Thai restaurant! They literally spoiled all other restaurants for us. You might think its a bit pricey but trust me once you eat it youll feel like the value is 10x. 2. The staff and hospitality. Their promptness and attitude made it feel like you were always their number one priority. It was our honeymoon and my birthday during the stay they went above and beyond to make us feel soooo very special. They brought us cakes on both occasions, sparkling wine, set up our room reallly cute and even gave us hand written notes. 3. THE SPA O M G. Len spa has our whole heart. We originally only went in for one couple massage and ended up taking a whole package for our stay because it was seriously the best spa experience youll ever have. We went 3 days during the week we stayed there and every time the service we received was BEYOND.

Absolutely nothing. Which is very rare for us skeptics to say. But literally everything was just a paradise. They always made sure we were hydrated by offering complimentary water everywhere we went from the pool to the beach to our room. The wifi signal was strong and consistent. The staff were consistently so pleasant and made us feel so welcome. They had complimentary high tea every afternoon, ice cream trucks that rolled around everyday. Literally its just paradise.

A little disappointed with the overall stay, food, some of the management etc.

The room was lovely, the Thai staff were wonderful.

Food quality was not what I would expect. I have stayed in a number of similar locations in Thailand, and the food was not upto the standard I have experienced elsewhere. I also felt that the management spent more time talking with European guests. Not once did anybody come and chat to us at breakfast, dinner, whereas others were spoken with.

Beautiful relaxing beach surrounded by palm trees which give natural shadow. We had a villa with beach access. It was nice to make just few steps to go the beach. Great breakfast.

Very bad matelas. Super hard. We slept very bad every night. And even the matelas in baby cot of our child it was similar quality. You have an impression that you sleep on the wood. Really necessary to change

Beautiful grounds and well kept landscape and gardens. Everything extremely well maintained. Peaceful and spacious.

The location outside the hotel is very run down. Would be even better if there were some inviting places locally.

The resort was outstanding. The staff could not have done more to make the stay incredible. The breakfast was brilliant and the rooms were a stone's throw from the private hotel beach, which was beautiful.
