Brilliant holidays

Pool area fantastic. Staff great. Room sizes brilliant. We were getting married in Albufeira at the time and there was enough room for me to get ready have my bridesmaids, photographs in. Bed really comfy Walking distance to new town, beaches fabulous

The staff were friendly, location is good too. Outdoor swimming pool was good.

Room could do with a bit of upgrade, also the spa should be a part of the package.

Hotel was clean with great staff pool and service.

One or two items in the room could be updated . Ge bottom tray on fridge broke and sliding door on wardrobe not working properly, but these are minor

Great facilities, modern reception area.

Some of the lifts dont go to the reception level and so it could be difficult with a pushchair.

Great Place

Great breakfast, very nice pool area. Good location and pleasant staff. Plenty of parking.

It could take up to a minute to get into the room as the door lock was faulty.The receptionist said the key card was working fine which was true, it was the door lock that was faulty. Small thing really, I'm sure if I pressed them it would have been looked after.

Disappointing

Out stay was satisfactory for the length of time we were there

Bedroom area - OK Shower/Bathroom - Good

Kitchenette - Disappointing, not enough prep area Bed Base - Has seen better days very worn and tatty Facilities in room; no iron in room but available in basement laundry room along with washer/dryer, dustpan available but no broom Spa - Hours 10 - 1pm & 2 - 7pm. Could open earlier and keep spa open during lunchtimes by alternating more staff Spa lockers - only one the lockers had a key that worked Relaxation area - loungers again had seen better days and were very stained looking Steam - operation is temperamental on and off as well as the lighting - could do with more seating in there Gym - small not enough equipment Massage - no therapist available over the weekend6161
