Ayia Napa white villetta for a family holiday

The location, the house overall, great structure and fitout for a family vacation. Modern furniture, AC, 2 terraces, parking, comfy beds and sofas. It is close to a beach - not the best but still-, a couple of supermarkets, pharmacy, bars and some good restaurants. Communication with the owner was smooth and swift, checkin was perfect.

The only thing we complained about was cleanliness. There had been superficial cleaning done before we came in. I won't go into details, but it was the details that took a bit of the shine of this gorgeous property. We asked for amends and we got them. I still recommend a deep cleaning of the place , it would be a pity. And leaving cleaning equipment on site such as a broom or mop. Also, towel and bedding change more often. I would come back to this place any time with these fixed, the parts overcame the 's.

Very nice stay in Ayia Napa nissi avenue

Excellent location and host! Middle of nissi avenue but not having all the noise from surroundings. Super market 30secs away. Facilities are most convenient, and property is clean. Can take a family of four or 2 couples easily.

The host was very nice and quick to respond to any questions we had. Also there was a very nice beach in walking distance and supermarket right in front of the house.

A little smell in the apartment and strange neighbors. As a group of 3 girls we didn't feel the safest about them.

We were fortunate to stay in this beautiful villa for our family holiday. Location of the house is great, close to everything but secluded from bussy night life of Ayia Napa. Everything was exceptional, house amenities, wifi, cleanliness, very comfortable beds. Many thanks to our host Pavlos! Definitely would come back to stay here again!

Excellent house close to the beach, with great facilities

We loved absolutely everything. The size of the house was perfect for 3 adults and 1 kid. The location was 3-4 minutes away from a beach, so it was phenomenal. Very close by, a very big supermarket. The check-in and check-out was great, we arrived late in the night and the keys were available in a locked box. Furniture is new and the beds were very comfortable. There were 2 outdoor areas with chairs and tables (one in the back of the house, one up front). We couldn't have asked for more. Great value for money!

I have been many times in Ayia Napa, but this is the best accomodation to enjoy!

We liked everything! The vila is amaizing, spacious, modern, clean and has all facilities that you need to fully enjoy! It looks much better then on the photos and it exceeded our expectations. Host is also very nice and cooperative. We enjoyed the terace area too. For sure we will be back :)
