the room is furnished in a businesslike and not attractive way. The sound from the adjacent room is very bad. every sound is audible. it is so bad. that when using the shower there is far too high noise pollution. far below par. given the price I would not recommend this space.

for business purposes only. no atmosphere. resembles a swimming pool area.

Friendly staff and ideal family apartment for Bologna

Antonio won us over with his friendly greeting and introduction to the apartment. He was happy to share with us tips and information about Bologna. The apartment was perfect for the 5 of us.

Short climb to the apartment but nothing too difficult.

Antonio and the girls were very helpful and helped with what we needed, including giving us an extra luggage rack. Antonio showed us the best places to go, which was very helpful. The room had everything we needed.

The only problem we had was getting access to the rooms to start with. Luckily, a young couple came to go into the building and let us in. They found Antonio for us. Maybe a bit more information on how to get to the rooms would be helpful.

Best location,friendly and helpful host - highly recommended:)

From the moment we've booked Antonio reached out to us with all the information. We received all the details concerning check in and parking options. He was available via WhatsApp all the time and answered our questions directly. I asked for the iron and he provided it to us . The appartment was clean, comfortable and the location is perfect. You can reach downtown within 10 minutes walk. Highlight recommended!!

I didn't pay attention at the booking that there is no kitchen available, but I gues on request it was possible to use a living room.from the other apartment. The street in noisy, but with closed windows and very well working AC we were fine

Good location and the whole center is in a walking distance.

The room was so small. The bath room was ok but is starting to need some renovation. The main disadvantage is the busy paved main street. The apartment is on the first floor overlooking it. The noise is unbearable and night and day.

Great value for the money, very clean and not far from the centre!

Super nice host, great communication and recommendations. The hotel was super clean and nice for a night or two. Its 20min walk from the centre and there was a paid parking not far.

not much to say besides maybe that the pillows and quilt were a bit thin so not the most comfortable but again thats not a deal breaker, we slept really well :)
