Dazzed & confused

Room service was fast & food was good .

Had too many areas off limits . Didn't know where & what we could enjoy in the hotel. So we just stayed in our room well there. Ice was only on the 1st floor . I was on the 5th flr. The room was conformable but didn't have much storage space. No drawers.

It feels like a old style hotel. Didn't feel great staying here.

Nothing was impressive

Room was so small like a small box with 2 beds in it. Floor was not clean and there is no space at all. I will not recommend this.

Great stay; we'll definitely be back!

I loved the fact that Starbucks was in the lobby!

During our weekend stay, there were several holiday parties and conventions. Each night we were forced to park extremely far from the hotel due to the party guest utilizing majority of the parking. I just feel as though the hotel guest shouldn't be inconvenienced.
