Great

The staff made the stay great, when checking in we felt welcomed instantly. Amie was checking us in and she had asked the reason for stay and it was a birthday. After completing check in and making it into our room we had a knock at the door. It was the staff with a birthday desert and hand written card. It made our stay so much better. I just want to thank the staff that was there that day, I believe we have stayed 2 other nights there and have all been great.

Possessed alarm clock

Beautiful facilities, great staff, comfy bed and pillows. Just a couple details took away from all the good things. Just wish there had been no alarm clock! And that curtains covered edge of window aligned with head of bed. Would still stay here again but ask for different room not facing east.

Alarm clock in room would not turn off! Display wouldn't show numbers or indication that it was on. We unplugged it. It work is up ungodly early, and even after pushing alarm off button, kept alarming every 10 minutes. Curtains held out east-facing morning light from everywhere except right in line with the head of bed

Great location but in desperate need for modernization

Staff hospitality and friendlines

Property is very tiered and is great need for modernization with bathrooms having old facilities and AC units being rather noisey. Rooms are dark as is the furniture and not up to Marriott/Westin standard. Staffing is low and therfore with long wait times for service especially at breakfast. Menu options are very very limited with little to no healthy options!

NO GOOD. House keepers are theifs.

The pools. Thats it!

House keeping stole my laptop I was out one hour for breakfast. Had a do not disturb sign. Came back room was clean and my laptop stolen. Security couldnt do anything there are no cameras in any of the hallways. Security makes you feel unwelcome if sit in your car more than 30 seconds they pull up to you and ask for proof that you are staying there. This is supposed to be a good hotel but you are treated like you are at a motel in a bad side of town.

Would stay there again if I planned my next business trip in the area.

Location and room price.

The pool area needs attention(power washing the area maybe). The rooms have areas that contained rust. Free complimentary coffee in the morning would definitely be a good addition.

We like this hotel and its location and will continue to stay there, especially the king suites

The room wasnt as cool as we prefer. Adjustment of thermostat helped but it didnt help much. Would like the rooms to be cooler and disappointed that there are no microwaves in the room. Also, the small fridge was not very cool fir drinks. Thank you

Better air conditioning in the room.
