Too many negative points to mention for a 95 / night stay.

I apreciated the lovely person Lorena from the Spa center.

They have stolen my sleep mask. They knew that I am on a business trip and needed gluten free food. But, although I advised more than 3 times, they havent been able to handover the invoice, nor havent been able to offer any gluten-free breakfast. And after renewed claiming, they havent been able to send a valid invoice acording to spanish tax law. I am still waiting for a solution for the stolen sleep mask, missing invoice. Further the water of the small swimming pool was very very dirty. The food isnt the best quality, the safety box didnt work, the water quality of the pool wasnt satisfying, the hair dryer switched of after a few minutes, the entrance of the hotel had a unpleasant scent, the window didnt close and everyone could open it from the outside, etc.

Exceptional

The hotel was an unexpected delight.

Everywhere was clean and smart. The room was spacious. Staff were helpful and always available. There was a good selection of food at breakfast. The walk-in shower was powerful. There was plenty of storage for clothes in the bedroom with plenty of hangers. The lighting was good. English speaking TV channels were available. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The cost was very good value.

Convenient but not memorable

Very near the airport for an early flight. Good value for money

The bar looks over the road why not look over the courtyard and pool that would be so much more inviting and quiet away from the traffic. The lighting is all very harsh. More soft lighting would be better
