Good stay

This was a pleasant one-night stay in this chain hotel, and I would come back. The room was clean and soundproofed, the breakfast worth its price with a huge selection and variety of products for all Europeans. The wifi worked well in our room. Minibar with reasonable prices. Good location, public car park nearby, if your car is bigger than hotel's parking height capacity.

Bathroom a bit outdated with toiletteries upon request at the reception The corridor carpet doesn't seem to have a cleaners attention for a long time. These are small things, but 4* hotel could do better.

Highly recommended

Fantastic Hotel of quality. Room was superb and large bathroom with the Largest towels i've ever used in a hotel. Can't remember the number of times i told the hotel to buy bigger towels. Take note here you hotels that fall short. This is how to run a good hotel.

Is breakfast 15 as its said on booking.com or 20 as they say at the reception?

- bathtub in the room - blackout blinders - jacuzzi - quick service - 10 min to change a broken kettle in the room - lobby is nice at Christmas

- sauna doesnt function as its announced - we reserved the time from 7 to 8 pm, came at 7 pm to warm up in sauna, but it wasnt ready, it was about 35 degrees inside. By 8 pm it was like 45. The next day its said spa would open at 11 am - nope, even jacuzzi water was freezing, no light in the sauna. Sauna was the main thing while booking a place in Girona, believe it or not. - amenities left much to be desired like the hairdryer from the 90s, but I managed to hold it tight to dry my hair.

Worth considering

You know what you are paying for, that is the reason why people choose hotels from well-known chains. The bed was good the breakfast was good, the staff was polite.

There only two thing that I didn't like: 1) we couldn't open the window in the room and let in fresh air. 2) You have to go 20 minutes to get to the city center.

Very good

We had an Executive Suite with 2 bathrooms and separate sitting room. It was very large and comfortable. Good secure parking. We had room service which was served with a smile. Very good overall.

Very good

Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Location was OK, about a mile from the old town which is an easy walk. Breakfast was a good self service selection, as one expects in Spanish hotels. The cycle store facility was excellent. I accidentally left my cycle tool bag behind when I left, but the hotel staff located it and arranged for it to be shipped back to me. Thank you to all concerned.
