Overall, it is a nice enough hotel. They need more staff

Location was OK. Close to the airport and motorway. So convenient, but of course the trade off with noise. Parking was well lit and seemed reasonably secure. Pretty countryside and a very nice farm outside the hotel entrance. The farmer showed our kids around the farm and we got fresh dairy produce from the small farm shop. Friendly manager and cleaning staff.

Too few staff working. 2 girls running the restaurant service, the bar and room service on New Year's Eve...Unsurprisingly the girls were overworked. Dinner menu was frankly bizarre. Banana with tomato in a green salad, truffle risotto was a porridge, duck canneloni was not great either...dry duck in filo pastry smothered in a thick sweet sauce. The stern server handed the plates at one end of the table, with cutlery. It was down to us to distribute... Breakfast: Plenty of food available, just no cutlery, crockery and one person on service. Fruit juice went in a bowl, eventually a glass turned up. All that was available for a tea. We got two rooms, one had been repainted and in reasonable condition. Bathroom light didn't work, but nothing major. The other room was pre-refurbisment. Some mould in the bathroom. Rooms 16m2, so small. Shame, as with more staff the hotel could be a nice experience for guests.

Beautiful location with lovely surroundings

Staff very rude, lots of noise from other rooms, strong smell of paint. Light from under the door all night, bed uncomfortably, restaurant fully booked with no option for room service.

Nice comfortable stop over

Lovely clean modern hotel, staff incredibly courteous and helpful, but the rooms lacked a few items such as a kettle and teamaking facilities. Also the doors didn't close properly. The food in the restaurant was great, but sadly although it was a pet friendly hotel dog's were Not allowed in.

Noises from neighboring rooms, doors didn't close quietly, drinks at bar quite limited fir a 4 star hotel

A great spot to relax on a long trip

Very good access from the motorway (2min), spacious double (regular) room, professional staff and superb (quality + variety) breakfast. Beautiful greenery around. A pet friendly place - our doggie got a little treat upon arrival which was really nice.

Dinner :( Not a good value for money, the taste of duck dish was very very strange.

A really good hotel

This hotel is well situated for the motorway. Dogs are 15 each...got a free gift, tho I'd rather have 5 knocked off the price. No lift. Bedrooms big, clean with en suite bathroom. We didn't eat there but went to Can Central and a 3 course for 15...good quality. The following morning I took the dogs out at 7.30 am ..male receptionist that never looked up to say good morning and the same when I came back in....now as a receptionist that's the least you can do.....I was the only one there....come on now where's your manners Sir?
