It wasnt what i was expecting from the pictures online. it was very dated and the bed was not comfortable at all The shower had long black hair in it I assume from The guest prior to us which would leave to me believe it wasnt cleaned.

Great escape for the weekend from Orlando Florida

The view of Tampa Bay is excellent. The property is well maintained and clean. They also have good security. Enjoyed the on property restaurant and bar.

Everything was fine for our visit.

Superb

Excellent stay!

The view was beautiful. We could see a gorgeous sunset over the water from our balcony. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The food at the poolside bar was quite good and the pool was heated so our son was able to swim event though it was quite chilly on the evening we styed.

Our only negative point was that the couch sagged a bit (not a big deal), and that the shower did not drain well so there was standing water as we showered. Everything else made up for it though. We would stay again!

Superb

Lovely place to spend some time and relax

The kids loved the pool. The poolside bar and grill is great. You dont have to leave the hotel if you dont want to. The kitchenette in the room makes it easy to have meals in your room and not have to go to a restaurant.

Location excellent.

Location was great.

The room was very tried, we have stay here many many times over the years. We nearly always have the same room, and it hasnt changed. We didnt see a cleaner, no fresh towels, no change of beds, no hoovering. We asked if we could have a service was told, they were fully booked. Plates and bowls chipped, not a lot of cutlery. Carpet was torn in places. Heating come through cold, maintenance man came in for sink. I could go on..

Disappointing

Had to go buy our own cleaning supplies for a week stay!

Location was convenient and check in was easy

Air did not work! Extremely hot in our suite and multiple trips to the front to ask about that and other things lead us noplace. Between 3 trips to the front desk for a working toaster and multiple requests for clean towels on top of the air conditioning not working. 6 days without anyone offering housekeeping or fresh towels was rough.
