    Awesome!
    Is located in a nice area, only mins walk to Tunjungan plaza, and the coffee street! There is a nice bar : Lucy in the sky is around the corner, only 3 mins walk!

    Very comfortable, modern rooms and great value
    Pleasantly surprised by this hotel, especially for the price. One of the most comfortable beds weve slept in since weve been in SE Asia. Very clean and comfortable.

    Quite satisfied w. the room, though not of my ideal one.
    First walking in, I started to like the interior of the frontdesk. What's more the staff was very friendly and helpful.
    I was given a smoking room because I have requested higher level room but not stating 'non-smoking'. As a result I was welcomed by smokes from a bunch of smoking ladies hanging out at the floor lobby.

    Great Hotel, Great Location
    Location. It's near Tunjungan Plaza, and around the hotel there's plenty roadside food stall. It's also near to McDonald's, KFC, and much more. The staffs were great and very helpful. Breakfast is good also. Definitely will stay again.

    nice location (not to far from the train station). there might be good rooms on the already finished floors
    our room was on a floor that was still in renovation. that alone wouldnt be a problem for us ( even though damaged walls made quiet an impression) but we were presented with an old room that was not clean, especially in the bathroom, and also had damaged furniture. After not feeling comfortable in the room and complaining at the front desk they agreed for us to move rooms. the next room shown wasnt any better than the first one - also having stains on the wall, the mirror and damaged/dirty furniture. we then ended up with a room that were you could see that there has already been done some renovation but it still didnt seem finished (as there was still the old, damaged carpet floor in it and the final touches just hadnt been made) . we stayed in that room because our stay was only one night (and half a day) and it was an improvement compared to the other room. the bed was clean in general but the room also heated up really fast whenever the AC wasnt on (when leaving the room). We were ok for one night but do not understand the great ratings the hotel has on booking.com and were quiet surprised.
